Is there a military discount on 2025 Season Passes?
● Season Passes pay for themselves with only 3 visits! Therefore, no other discounts are offered.
Is there a family pack for 2025 Season Passes?
● Season passes can only be purchased individually.
Are Season Passes the same price for all ages?
● Yes. However, 2 and under are free.
What date is the Season Pass Member Night?
● The tentative date for the Season Pass Member Night will be announced closer to the Summer Season.
What is a buddy pass?
● The buddy pass is a one-time use entry for a buddy to join you for the day!
● The buddy pass is only valid on Monday through Thursday in the 2025 Season. It does not apply to special events or holidays.
Do I get a discount a concessions?
● Yes, designated items in the park will be valid for a 10% discount for season pass holders.
Do I get a discount in the gift shop?
● Yes, all items will be valid for a 10% discount for season pass holders.
Do I need to pick up a season pass card?
● We scan the QR code on your Season Pass PDF that was emailed to you at purchase. This eliminates the need for a physical card! Your QR code can be scanned digitally on your phone or you can print your PDF paper and present that at the main gate upon arrival.
Do I have to have my picture on my pass?
● Since season passes are non-transferable, all season passes require a picture of the pass holder.
Does the Season Pass include any rental items or Rigby’s Entertainment Complex attractions?
● Season passes are valid for water park entry only.
Can Season Passes be rolled over to a later Season?
● No. Season Passes are valid ONLY for the year they are purchased in. We do not roll over Season Passes under any circumstances.
Can Season Passes be transferred to someone else?
● No. Season Passes are valid ONLY for the person they are assigned to at purchasing.
